Organised by the tourism ministry of the state government, this festival aims to promote tourism and wine gourmet in the country. This festival is inspired by a festival held by the Indian Grape Processing Board (IGPB) of the central government in Vinchur Wine Park in 2013, after which no harvest festivals were organized.
